- By general law and subject to conditions specified therein, not less than a minimum of 75 percent of the just value of property subject to property taxes shall be exempt from taxation. The taxable value of property will be 25 percent of its just value under this exemption or it will be the current taxable value which ever is less. For purposes of this subsection, the phrase �just value� is synonymous with �market value�.
