This amendment requires the Governor to appoint an official to oversee the Florida Lottery�s Educational Enhancement Trust Fund and to ensure that money provided to schools from that fund is not then removed from the education budget by the State of Florida in violation of Florida Statutes 24.102. School districts are given the right to file complaints with the Governor�s appointee, and the right to take legal action to recover such funds.
